LOSE WEIGHT AND BEING HEALTHY
 
 
             I am writing a blog about health. It is my first writing and ı want to show my opinions to another people. So I decided to write a blog.
          Nowadays ın the World there are some problems. For example there are pollution, global warming and especially  ill health. People get more and more fat. Also the more technological device people use, the fatter people are. MONICA says in ten years obesity increases %10-30. The other reason is people don't sport enough. Furthermore people eat lots of fast-food.
          What can we do to be healthy? Many doctors says we eat more vegetables and more fruit. We stop eating fast food. What's more we drink lots of water and we should exercise to lose weight.  A recent scientific study showed that sleeping fewer than 7 hours each night were harmful. So we should sleep more than 7 hours.
          You should do the things which I said. If you do them, you will be healtier and you will lose weight. I hope it helps you to be healthy.
